FWG is a competitive Apex Legends community platform. We believe in radical transparency about what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it moves through our ecosystem. Your one FWG account is shared across the website and the Portal — here's exactly what that means.

What We Collect

Account & Identity

Username, email, auth provider, avatar, and optional bio — the basics that make your account yours.

Gaming Profile

In-game name, platform, region, Apex rank & RP, Forged Points, CCR, and FWG tier for competitive placement.

Competitive & Match Data

Seeding progress, career stats, RP history, and legend stats — synced from the Apex APIs to track your climb.

Team & Org Data

Team membership, org affiliation, and roster role for scrims and roster management.

Communication

Portal DMs, scrim notifications, team invites, and coach connections.

External Rank Data

Periodic rank snapshots and sync logs from the official Apex stats API (apexlegendsstatus.com).

What We Never Collect

✕ Your Google or Discord passwords — ever

✕ Your OAuth tokens — the broker handles these, never the portal

✕ Payment or billing data stored directly by us

✕ Third-party advertising trackers

✕ Your Apex account login credentials

✕ Voice or video recordings

Your Rights & Security

Access & Edit. View and update all of your data anytime from your Account page, or in the Portal under PlayersHub → Settings.

Delete Your Account. Delete your account and its personal data yourself from your Account page — no request needed. We email a confirmation link first.

Data Export. A full copy of your data is available on request from staff.

Opt Out. Disable any notification type, and disconnect Google/Discord whenever you choose.

Protected. OAuth tokens never reach the Portal, row-level security guards every record, and all admin actions are fully audited.

How Data Moves

You→Portal (source of truth)→Scrim App→Engine→Apex APIs

The Portal is the source of truth for identity and profile data. The Engine only sets Forged Points, CCR, and match results. No raw tokens are ever passed between systems.
